Contact support@dailyelsewhere.com with your order number before sending anything. Never send an item to the sender address printed on the parcel; it belongs to the production or shipping facility and is not a customer returns address.
EU consumers: 14-day withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order. Notify us within that period. No physical return is required. We will provide the full statutory refund, including the least-cost standard delivery charge, to the original payment method.
United States: change of mind, size, or color
Orders delivered in the United States are final sale for change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement or refund. Do not return the item unless we instruct you to do so.
These procedures do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
