Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from Daily Elsewhere through dailyelsewhere.com. The terms and policies presented when your order is placed apply to that order; later changes do not retrospectively remove your rights.
1. Who operates the store
Daily Elsewhere is operated by Denis Ivanov, 6 Voreiou Ipeirou, 8035 Paphos, Cyprus. Email support@dailyelsewhere.com or call +357 95 902 488. Our Contact information is also available separately.
2. Products and ordering
We sell clothing printed on demand. Check the product description, selected colour and size guide before ordering. Standard sizes, colours and pre-designed prints are not treated as customer personalisation merely because an item is printed after an order is placed.
Screen settings and normal garment or printing tolerances can produce small visual differences. This does not excuse a materially incorrect, defective or misdescribed item.
Before paying, you can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery address and other order details in the cart and checkout. Provide accurate information and an email address at which you can receive order communications. We send an order confirmation electronically. Keep that confirmation and the policies supplied for your order.
We may be unable to fulfil an order because a product is unavailable, payment fails, there is a genuine pricing error, or there is a legal restriction. We will contact you and refund any payment for an order that we cancel, subject to your mandatory rights.
3. Prices and payment
The currency and price are shown on the storefront and at checkout. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are shown before you place the order. Review the final total before paying. Payments are handled through Shopify and its payment providers; do not send payment-card details to our support email.
4. Production and delivery
Products are made and shipped by fulfilment partners. The Shipping Policy explains the current delivery estimates, shipping charges, address changes and help with delayed or missing orders. Estimates are not guaranteed dates and do not remove mandatory delivery rights.
5. Withdrawal, returns and product problems
The Returns and Refunds Policy explains destination-specific rules. EU consumers retain their statutory withdrawal and conformity rights. US change-of-mind returns and size or colour selection errors are governed by the disclosed final-sale policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Final sale does not remove remedies for goods that are defective, incorrect or not delivered.
Any product genuinely personalised to an individual customer's specifications will have any applicable withdrawal exception disclosed before purchase. No such exception is inferred just from made-to-order production.
6. Site content and acceptable use
Our original artwork, photographs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not copy or exploit them commercially without permission, except where the law permits. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Privacy choices are available through the store's privacy controls and Your Privacy Choices.
8. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy, guarantee or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years; national law can provide additional protection. This legal protection is not a separate paid or voluntary warranty.
If you have a complaint, contact support@dailyelsewhere.com with the relevant details. These terms do not require you to give up a mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court or use a legally available complaint procedure.
