Daily Elsewhere products are made on demand. The delivery estimates below include production and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; production or carrier delays can occur. Check the delivery options and total shown at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged separately and depends on your delivery country and the items you choose. Enter your delivery details at checkout to see the available shipping methods and exact price in your checkout currency. The shipping rate and total shown at checkout are the amounts that apply.

Address help

Check the delivery address carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact support@dailyelsewhere.com immediately with your order number. An address change might not be possible after production or shipping has started.

Order changes and tracking

Contact support@dailyelsewhere.com promptly if you need to request an order or address change. Production and carrier processing can limit changes. This does not limit a consumer's statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory rights.

Use the tracking information provided with your dispatch notification. A tracking number can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Delays and missing deliveries

If an order is unusually delayed, tracking stops updating, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the promised period, we will notify you and explain the revised timing and your cancellation and refund options. Delivery estimates do not remove mandatory rights relating to delayed or undelivered orders.
